Refund policy

"We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Return (if applicable)

After receiving the package of goods, please check whether the appearance of the package is in good condition. If you find that the package is damaged, select Reject the package. Please contact our customer service at(tikcrystal@outlook.com).


We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return when the goods are found to be damaged at the time of receipt.
To be eligible for return, you need to take a video when opening the package to record the evidence of damage to the goods. We will compare it with the monitoring and logistics monitoring during delivery to find the reason and provide you with return services.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
